Café & Events Manager

This role blends hospitality, leadership, and hands-on service to keep both our café and events running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support café staff to ensure excellent service Work directly in the café, preparing drinks and serving food Create a warm, welcoming environment for all guests Oversee guest experience during private parties and events Manage event setup, execution, and breakdown Partner with the Event Manager (who designs and plans all events) to ensure flawless delivery Schedule: Thursday and Friday: afternoons and evenings Saturday: full day, often into the evening Sunday: daytime shifts Qualifications: Previous experience in hospitality, café, or event management (preferred) Strong leadership and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Flexible, weekend-focused availability This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys combining café service with event management.
