$105,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Hogan Lovells US LLP Reporting to the Senior Business Team Recruiting Manager, the Business Team Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt business services roles, including permanent and temporary placements. This position partners closely with hiring managers to define needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver diverse, high-quality talent. Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers to assess needs, create/update job descriptions, and develop tailored sourcing strategies. Source candidates through multiple channels, including direct outreach, job boards, professional networks, and search firms. Screen and assess candidates for qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with compensation guidelines. Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring timely communication with candidates and stakeholders. Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with firm policies. Collaborate with HR Operations on background checks, verifications, and offers. Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, satisfaction) and prepare reports for leadership. Represent the firm at recruiting events and contribute to employer branding efforts. Qualifications 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in professional services or corporate support functions (IT, HR, finance, legal support, marketing). Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Workday). Strong sourcing, assessment, and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities. Details Salary range: $105,000–$120,000, plus discretionary bonus and benefits. Core hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; flexibility required. Four in-office days per week; occasional after-hours candidate meetings. Hogan Lovells is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
