Position Summary
As a Tire and Battery Center Services Lead, you will drive member service in your area and supervise your team of hourly associates to deliver safe and efficient services. You will model expertise in Tire and Battery Center and work collaboratively with other team leaders to ensure the total club meets the member’s expectations. What you'll do
Be a Team Leader:
Supervise the team within the Tire and Battery Center to meet business goals and contribute to the club's success. Communicate goals, set guidelines, and ensure adherence to policies. Advocate for members, associates, and the company. Be an Expert:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of tire and battery services, safety, equipment, and product specifications. Share knowledge, train the team, and stay updated on new products and technologies. Be a Techie:
Use digital tools to plan, drive sales, and improve service. Utilize handheld technology for immediate business decisions and encourage adoption of new tools. Be an Owner:
Drive business results, ensure operational excellence, maintain a safe work environment, manage inventory, and support member service. Be a Talent Ambassador:
Train and develop team members, identify talent, and promote career growth. Collaborate with managers and partners to meet business needs. Act with Integrity:
