We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the nighttime installation of a Distributed Antenna System (DAS) throughout Apple Park. This is an 18-month project requiring a dedicated professional comfortable working overnight shifts and managing multiple contractors simultaneously. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of DAS technology, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects within occupied environments. This role requires meticulous planning, proactive problem-solving, and a commitment to safety and quality. Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management Execute upon a comprehensive project schedule and plan of record. Coordinate and manage all aspects of the DAS installation, from initial planning to final commissioning. Oversee the work of multiple subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle. Manage and track project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and identifying cost-saving opportunities. Implement and enforce change management processes to address scope variations and their impact on the project. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry best practices. Night Shift Operations Manage all on-site activities during the night shift, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Provide clear and concise communication to subcontractors and the project team regarding daily tasks and priorities. Address any issues or emergencies that arise during the night shift, escalating to senior management as needed. Minimize disruption to campus operations during nighttime work hours. Communication & Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for all project related communications during the night shift. Conduct regular project meetings with subcontractors, stakeholders, and the project team. Prepare and distribute project status reports to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and key milestones. Collaborate with business units, Apple security, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of the DAS system. Maintain open and effective communication with Apple security and facilities management to minimize disruptions. Quality Control & Safety Implement and enforce a rigorous quality control program to ensure the highest standards of workmanship. Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with project specifications and safety protocols. Ensure all subcontractors adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety policies. Investigate and resolve any safety incidents or near misses, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain a safe and secure work environment for all personnel on site. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, permits, and correspondence. Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management. Maintain as-built drawings and other relevant documentation upon project completion. Assess DAS system logs on a scheduled basis to document and confirm the quality of the new fiber plant. Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of experience managing construction projects, preferably with experience in DAS installations. Strong understanding of DAS technology, including antenna systems, fiber and coaxial cable installation and testing, and RF principles. Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and large project teams. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6). Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Commitment to safety and quality. Experience working in occupied environments is highly desirable. Experience with nighttime construction projects is a significant advantage. OSHA 30-hour certification preferred. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Salary : $170,000 - $185,000 annually The expected base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $185,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
