About the Role: The Warehouse Operator plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods within the transportation and warehousing sector. This position is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stock to optimize warehouse space and workflow. The Warehouse Operator collaborates closely with logistics teams to coordinate timely shipments and deliveries, supporting overall supply chain effectiveness. Safety and compliance with operational procedures are paramount, as the role involves handling equipment and materials in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, the Warehouse Operator contributes to the seamless movement of goods, directly impacting customer satisfaction and business performance. Responsibilities: • Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory organization operations • Work under supervision and direction of warehouse supervisor • Perform WMS transactions for good receipt, stock overview, stock put-away, and material movement • Follow all warehouse policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Maintain Inbound and Outbound Schedules

Requirements: • 0 ~ 3 years experienced • Bilingual (Korean/ English) • Detailed oriented with the ability to perform multiple task in fast moving environment • Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction • Familiar with common warehouse tools and equipment

Skills: The Warehouse Operator utilizes organizational skills daily to maintain an orderly and efficient warehouse environment, ensuring that inventory is stored and retrieved accurately. Attention to detail is essential when inspecting shipments and preparing orders to prevent errors and maintain quality standards. Physical stamina and equipment operation skills are applied regularly to handle materials safely and operate machinery such as forklifts. Communication skills facilitate effective coordination with team members and logistics partners to meet shipment deadlines. Additionally, problem-solving abilities help address inventory discrepancies and workflow challenges, contributing to continuous operational improvement.
