Licensed Land Surveyor
with extensive experience in civil engineering and land surveying to lead field operations, manage survey teams, and ensure project accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in survey plan preparation, regulatory compliance, and client management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee field survey crews and ensure accurate data collection. Prepare legal descriptions, survey calculations, and project budgets. Ensure compliance with
Federal, State, and local surveying regulations. Manage client relationships and support business development. Conduct quality control checks on survey plans and deliverables.
Requirements Education:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certifications a plus). Licensure:
Professional Registered Land Surveyor (required). Experience:
10+ years in land surveying , including team leadership. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in
InRoads/MicroStation,
AutoCAD Civil 3D , and knowledge of
LiDAR/sUAS (preferred). Soft Skills:
