Responsibilities

Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support. Manage and maintain a caseload, ensuring timely and effective resolution of cases. Conduct legal research, prepare documents, and negotiate settlements. Represent clients in family court proceedings, hearings, and mediations. Maintain open communication with clients, providing updates on case progress. Qualifications

3+ years experience in family law Self starter and a team player. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficient at drafting and arguing motions. Adherence to ethical standards. Compensation And Benefits
