Luxury modern day social club part of an established hospitality group. Located on the Florida Gulf Coast, the exclusive venue offers an elevated food and beverage experience. The club facilities include a restaurant and lounge/bar as well as two meeting spaces that can flex as dining and events space. The property also offers their members access to luxury suites. Programming at the club provides members with unique experiences and events. Responsibilities
The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business. Reporting into the Vice President. Strong focus on member experience; must be comfortable with guest interaction and operations. Managing a team of 140 team members. Five departmental manager direct reports (membership, FOH/BEV, culinary, operations, and events). P&L accountability, forecasting, and budget management. Maintain excellent relations with members. Monitor and control staffing levels. Monitor preventative maintenance, facilitate general maintenance, and maintain high standards of the property. Staff development. Requirements
General management or senior management experience in an upscale/luxury membership club, boutique five-star/luxury hotel, or multi-outlet upscale food and beverage restaurant or venue. Higher education in hotel management or related associate degree preferred. Exceptional food and beverage knowledge. Rooms experience is an advantage. Guest experience-focused Director. Strong financial capabilities. Benefits
Negotiable. Car allowance: $250 monthly. Phone allowance: $65 monthly. Annual performance bonus (typically 5-10%, not guaranteed, only if KPIs achieved). Insurance: health, dental, and vision. Life insurance: $50k (additional can be purchased by the employee). 401k and 401k matching. Relocation assistance. PTO: 3 weeks per annum. 45-hour work week.
