Inbounds.com is seeking a dynamic high performance Account Manager to join our managed services team. Inbounds.com is an established and fast-growing performance marketing firm delivering high quality leads and calls to large enterprise clients. Our Data Managed Services team plays a critical role in driving revenue and delivering data, traffic, and call solutions to clients across multiple industries. As an Account Manager, Managed Services, you’ll be responsible for expanding and optimizing client accounts, ensuring they get the most value from our platform. We’re looking for a self-starter and strategic thinker who thrives on relationship-building, data-driven decision-making, and revenue growth. Client & Revenue Growth

Own and grow an existing portfolio of clients using our data, traffic, and call solutions to maximize their ROI. Increase account spend by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across multiple verticals. Develop data-driven strategies to optimize traffic acquisition, conversion rates, and lead quality for clients. Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPL, CPA, conversion rates) to assess opportunities for improvement. Serve as the primary contact for clients, building long-term relationships and acting as a trusted advisor. Work with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns. Guide clients in leveraging lead gen solutions and data analytics to drive customer acquisition. Identify industry trends to recommend innovative traffic and call solutions that fit client goals. Reporting & Optimization

Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights that drive client revenue. Troubleshoot performance issues related to traffic, data sources, and conversion funnels. Optimize traffic sources to ensure high-quality leads and calls for clients. Communicate clear ROI-focused recommendations that help clients scale their marketing efforts. What You Bring

3-5+ years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or performance-based advertising. Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts in a lead generation or call-based environment. Strong analytical skills—you love diving into campaign performance metrics and making data-backed decisions. Ability to navigate multiple verticals, and tailor solutions to diverse client needs. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in CRM software, and marketing automation tools. Location
