Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of the operations supporting the CoBranded & Branded Credit Cards Loyalty/Rewards space. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to manage processes from end to end, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Support the CoBranded & Branded Credit Cards Loyalty/Rewards space by monitoring control and exception reports. Correct identified defects via front-end systems and drive process efficiencies and report consolidation-all within published SLAs. Partner with technology, operations, and risk/control teams to deliver timely, auditable fixes and strengthen reporting quality. Engage in root cause analysis and ensure clear documentation of processes. Manage processes from end to end, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams. What's Needed?
4+ years in business systems/reporting operations with hands-on exception monitoring & remediation experience. Proven track record of SLA delivery and strong root cause analysis skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on cross-functional collaboration. Familiarity with Mainframe systems (z/OS, JCL) is a plus. Experience in process improvement and a strong attention to detail. What's in it for me?
