Payroll Administrator
Coordinates and prepares payroll for up to 500 employees in compliance with multi-state and federal wage and hour requirements and Legends Global policy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Processes multiple weekly/biweekly payrolls for exempt/non-exempt employees. Processes all wage garnishments for employees in ADP. Processes vacation and sick payment requests. Prepares payroll adjustments and manual checks when needed. Processes Multiple Worksite Reporting. Troubleshoots and resolves payroll discrepancies. Qualifications: High School diploma or G.E.D. required; college degree preferred. Minimum 2 years' experience processing payroll in ADP. Experience with ADP Enterprise V5/V6 highly preferred. Knowledge of Workday HCM or ADP eTime a plus. Skills and Abilities: Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills. Excellent data entry and basic accounting knowledge. Understanding of payroll taxes, laws, regulations, and requirements. Ability to function both independently and as a team member. Ability to meet specific deadlines and successfully work under pressure, with close attention to detail. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Working Conditions: Location: West Conshohocken, PA Corporate Offices and will require this individual to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote).
