This expertise assures you of our ability to handle the largest and most complex packages quickly and efficiently. Panelmatic is looking for the right candidate to fit into our dynamic team. We are seeking a motivated individual to join our company as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk. As part of our team, you oversee and document the receiving of packages, parcels, and supplies, store items in the appropriate areas, and prepare items for shipping. This is a position that requires a highly organized personality. You must pay close attention to small details while managing the logistics of a high volume of items entering and leaving the facility. Job Duties: Collect all documentation for outboard freight and route to the proper record keeping system and database Keep digital records including images, packing lists, BOL, POD Schedule inbound freight Contact carrier representatives about issues, instructions for loading or unloading products Match all inbound and outbound BOL, Sales Orders, and POS Ensure all inbound and outbound freight is properly received in the system, stored, loaded, in a timely manner Maintain shipping supplies Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks in accordance with company safety guidelines Maintain a clean, neat, organized, and safe work environment Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Loading crated panels via forklift Other duties as assigned by management
