About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Architect
to lead end-to-end solution design, development, and implementation for enterprise-wide ServiceNow platforms. You will play a critical role in shaping our ServiceNow strategy, ensuring scalable architecture, seamless integrations, and operational excellence across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and related modules.
Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Design:
Lead the design and architecture of scalable ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and CMDB. Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define platform strategy, implementation roadmaps, and technical solutions. Platform Development:
Oversee configuration, customization, and optimization of ServiceNow modules, ensuring adherence to best practices and governance standards. Integrations:
Design and manage integrations with enterprise systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, SAP, Active Directory, LDAP) using REST, SOAP, OAuth2, and MID Server. DevOps Enablement:
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow deployments. Team Leadership:
Provide technical mentorship to developers and ensure high-quality delivery through code reviews and solution validation. Platform Optimization:
Identify areas to improve performance, usability, and cost-efficiency across ServiceNow instances. Governance & Security:
Implement strong data governance, access controls, and compliance frameworks. Documentation:
Maintain detailed architecture and implementation documentation, workflows, and system design artifacts. Upgrades & Enhancements:
Lead upgrade efforts and roll out new ServiceNow features with minimal disruption. Requirements Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience; 3+ years in an architect or lead role Hands-on expertise in one or more of the following modules: ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CMDB, SAM, HAM, or CSM Strong scripting and development skills (JavaScript, Glide, Business Rules) Proven experience with ServiceNow integrations and platform optimization Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD for ServiceNow Understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and how they integrate with ServiceNow Strong grasp of ITIL concepts and process mapping Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow certifications:
CSA ,
CAD , or
CTA Experience with automation tools, AI/ML features (Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence), and Flow Designer Experience in
healthcare
or
SLED
environments is a plus
