Best Workplaces award in 2024 and The Washington Post Top Workplaces in 2022.Job Summary:The Business Analyst (BA) is an expert in assigned systems solutions and business operations, supporting our client's enterprise systems integration projects. The BA will assess evolving business needs and ideas, act as a liaison between functional, technical, and leadership groups, and communicate actionable recommendations to improve business operations and processes. This role is responsible for writing detailed requirements, facilitating user acceptance testing, and supporting project leads with larger project implementations.
