Akkodis is seeking a QA Automation Engineer for a Contract job with a client in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will have experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD), test automation using Selenium and Cucumber, and a working knowledge of Golang and CI/CD integration.Rate Range: $22.73/hour to $30.30/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.QA Automation Engineer job responsibilities include:Design, develop, and execute automated and manual tests using BDD frameworks such as Cucumber to ensure application quality.Collaborate with product owners, developers, and analysts to define acceptance criteria and translate them into BDD test scenarios.Develop and maintain automated test cases, analyze results, and report defects.Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and delivery.Support test execution and troubleshooting across multiple environments and platforms.Desired Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2-4 years of experience in QA automation and BDD practices.Proficiency in Selenium and Cucumber or similar BDD frameworks.Working knowledge of Golang and experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines.Strong communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.
