Senior Administrative Staff Coordinator/Executive Assistant
Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated professional Senior Administrative Staff Coordinator/Executive Assistant to provide office management support to Executive Director and Director level executives within Operations, Supply Chain, & Quality (OSQ) Finance. This role will also provide onsite coordinator support to the Finance leadership team and employees at the Tewksbury, MA Innovation Drive site. What You Will Do Effectively manage under time constraints, in a fast-paced work environment, and multi-task Be a self-starter, detail-oriented, technically savvy, and possess excellent organizational skills Perform a wide range of administrative tasks, including onsite coordination for the Raytheon Finance team at Tewksbury, MA Innovation Drive Display a high level of professionalism and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality of information Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
