Inventory Control Clerk

We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to ensure the accuracy of our warehouse inventory by conducting physical counts and investigating any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, basic mathematical skills, and the ability to utilize computer software for data recording and analysis. The schedule for this position is: Monday to Friday from 4:00 am until 12:30 pm. Job Responsibilities: As an Inventory Control Clerk, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records. Recording all cycle counts in various warehouse areas, including freezer, perishable, mezzanine, grocery, and other areas as needed. Adjusting inventory to record damage, returns, miss-picks, trouble cards, and receiving errors. Identifying, researching, and resolving inventory and warehouse process issues. Cross-training on various Central Office duties to provide support as needed for the team. To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of basic math, including addition, subtraction, and multiplication. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, deductive reasoning, and accuracy. Physical capability to bend, stretch, twist, reach, lift, and move heavy cases of up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
