Hybrid remote work.
We Are Currently Seeking Insurance Coverage In Any Of Our Offices, We Are Open To Associate Attorney, Senior Associate, OF Counsel, Or Partner Candidates

• Washington DC
• Virginia – Roanoke, Virginia Beach, Richmond, Fairfax
• Maryland – Rockville, Baltimore, Easton
• New York – Manhattan, Long Island
• New Jersey – Parsippany, Cherry Hill
• Pennsylvania - Philadelphia
• Connecticut - Hartford
• Massachusetts - Boston
• Rhode Island
• Tennessee - Nashville
• West Virginia
• Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters.
• Represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation.
• Serve as lead counsel in insurance coverage litigation matters.
• Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management
