Our lawyers have appeared in the courts of over 35 states and territories.

We Are Currently Seeking Insurance Coverage In Any Of Our Offices, We Are Open To Associate Attorney, Senior Associate, OF Counsel, Or Partner Candidates
Washington DC Virginia – Roanoke, Virginia Beach, Richmond, Fairfax Maryland – Rockville, Baltimore, Easton New York – Manhattan, Long Island New Jersey – Parsippany, Cherry Hill Pennsylvania - Philadelphia Connecticut - Hartford Massachusetts - Boston Rhode Island Tennessee - Nashville West Virginia Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and declination letters. Represent insurers in declaratory judgment actions and bad faith litigation. Serve as lead counsel in insurance coverage litigation matters. Participate in business development initiatives and client relationship management
