The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in critical care procedures and capable of delivering exceptional nursing care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in the ICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to healthcare team. Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation. Ensure patient safety and compliance with hospital standards.
