Collaboration: Work with interdisciplinary teams for care coordination. Safety/Quality: Adhere to high-reliability practices and escalate risks. Patient Education: Teach patients/families on care transitions and health promotion. Operations: Charge nurse duties, resource management, and documentation. Requirements: Licensure: Active NYS RN License (required) Experience: 2 years critical care/telemetry (Cardiac ICU experience mandatory ) 1 year travel experience (for Travel RNs) Certifications: BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) Education: BSN preferred (ASN accepted with BSN enrollment) EPIC: Highly preferred Other: No local candidates within 50 miles Key Notes: Schedule: Includes a 4th shift per month every other weekend.
