DfMA Manager - Prefab MEP

Overview : Lead and manage DfMA Prefab MEP projects, ensuring seamless integration of design, production, and installation processes. Drive continuous improvement, quality, and innovation within the team and across projects. Responsibilities : Oversee planning, execution, and completion of DfMA Prefab MEP projects. Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets for timely and cost-effective delivery. Coordinate with design, production, and site teams for smooth project execution. Monitor and report project progress, addressing risks or issues. Ensure adherence to scope, quality standards, and safety regulations. Manage and mentor engineers and drafters, conducting performance reviews and providing training. Quality Assurance & Compliance Oversee quality checks to meet standards. Collaborate with QAQC teams to resolve issues and maintain quality. Ensure safety compliance and maintain stakeholder communication. Provide updates, reports, and liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers. Qualifications & Experience : Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, or related fields. 3-5 years of project management experience. Proficiency in BIM software (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks). Knowledge of MEP systems preferred. Familiarity with structural and architectural coordination is a plus. BCSS and CSCPM certifications are preferred. Skills : Strong leadership and team management. Expertise in DfMA, Prefabrication, and MEP systems. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Experience with IDD tracking tools and project planning software.
