Sonic Multi-Unit Leader

As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees to ensure quality food in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, providing guests with an enjoyable experience. Job duties include: Managing, training, and coaching General Managers and conducting management orientation. Directing and assigning employees to meet operational standards. Overseeing employees performing duties across various stations to ensure standards of food quality, presentation, and service. Ensuring compliance with employee handbook, policies, and practices. Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly. Reviewing work schedules to ensure proper staffing and service. Monitoring cost control procedures and vendor performance, taking corrective actions when necessary. Auditing employment and payroll records. Focusing on guest needs and responding to escalated complaints appropriately. Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management team members. Approving compensation levels within company guidelines. Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial or sales trends. Implementing regional marketing plans. Additional Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred. At least three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR. Multi-unit supervision experience is a plus. Availability to work minimum 5 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Knowledge of recruiting, federal and state labor laws, health and sanitation regulations. Leadership, communication, basic accounting, and computer skills.
