As a Sonic Multi-Unit Leader, you will manage the operations of all General Managers and employees within multiple SONIC drive-ins. Your responsibilities include training and supporting employees to ensure quality food is provided in a clean, safe, and efficient manner, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Key duties include:

Managing, training, and coaching General Managers and employees, including conducting management orientation.

Assigning employees to ensure service standards are met.

Overseeing employees across various stations during shifts, depending on volume, to meet operational standards.

Ensuring compliance with employee policies and practices.

Addressing employee issues and policy violations promptly.

Managing work schedules to maintain proper staffing.

Controlling costs related to food, labor, and inventory, and taking corrective actions when necessary.

Monitoring vendor performance and taking corrective actions as needed.

Auditing employment and payroll records.

Focusing on guest satisfaction and responding to escalated complaints appropriately.

Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring management staff.

Approving employee and management compensation within guidelines.

Preparing operational reports and developing action plans for financial or sales issues.

Implementing regional marketing plans.

Qualifications include:

High school diploma or equivalent; advanced studies preferred.

At least three years of restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.

Experience in multi-unit supervision is preferred.

Availability to work at least 5 days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of recruiting, labor laws, and sanitation regulations.

Leadership and communication skills.

Basic accounting and computer skills.

Ability to work independently, multitask, and solve problems.

Adherence to appearance, uniform, and hygiene standards.
