Project Management Manage and lead cross-functional project execution overseeing the development, sourcing, engineering, and fabrication of digital displays. Identify barriers and obstacles that will impact timely execution of projects. Ideate options to problem solve in partnership with stakeholders until alignment is gained. Set action plan and drive execution to overcome. Actively monitor project risks, scope, and financial management and facilitate communication for key stakeholder alignment, approvals, and recommendations to remove identified barriers. Own and lead internal and vendor partner meetings including agenda preparation, project presentation updates, financial progress tracking, timeline/calendars and overall project status. Produce tracking documents for cross functional team discussion and executive communication to inform on updates, risk, and decisions needed Create executive facing summaries and recommendations with supporting data to drive decisions Project Implementation & Change Management Lead the prioritization and successful implementation of key business strategies and communication that impact store and corporate processes. Drive communication and alignment with leadership and third-party vendors regarding solutions, implementation adoption and support needs. Drive change initiatives by identifying and defining desired change and processes, validating value and priority, driving project plans to implement processes, assessing readiness for change, managing expectations, adjusting approaches to have change adopted by the entire organization, and ensuring timely project management from pilot to the execution stage. Engage teams to provide post implementation analytics and hindsight learnings. Partnerships and Collaboration Build relationships and partner cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders Own relationship with digital display supplier(s) Provide strategic and tactical thought leadership leveraging data and experience to influence discussions and provide leadership recommendations. Create an environment that encourages discussion and fosters collaboration while navigating through ambiguity to implement project deliverables. Qualifications

Bachelors Degree; 4 year degree required 5 - 7 years of experience Must have 5+ years of Project Management Experience. Must have strong analytical, attention to detail, as well as organizational and multi-tasking skills. Potential for 10% travel Must have strong communication skills both verbal and in writing specifically in writing store directives/communication. Must possess strong sense of urgency. PMP Preferred Microsoft Office Suite Adobe InDesign Retail and/or architecture and design experience preferred. Ability to identify risks and offer recommendations to support risk mitigation Ability to build constructive relationships across the entire organization in a corporate environment. Ability to influence and convey ideas/concepts to others
