This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of digital marketing, eCommerce platforms, and customer engagement—while contributing directly to campaigns, outreach, and product visibility. What You’ll Do

Support and optimize product listings across:

Amazon Seller Central

TikTok Shop

Walmart Marketplace

Instagram Shop

Make outbound calls to wellness offices, doctors, and leads to introduce products and coordinate sample shipments

Track sample deliveries and follow up to ensure engagement and feedback

Maintain and update CRM records; assist with lead nurturing campaigns

Collaborate with Sales, Fulfillment, and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency

Assist with email marketing, social media scheduling, and digital content updates

Monitor platform performance and suggest ideas to boost visibility and conversions

Contribute fresh ideas to improve customer experience and digital strategy

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or customer outreach

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, Walmart Marketplace, or Instagram Shop is a plus

CRM experience preferred (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable making outbound calls and coordinating logistics

Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn

Passion for natural products and wellness-driven brands

A team-first attitude and desire to grow with a collaborative company

On-site availability in Anaheim, CA (Monday–Friday)
