$38–$40/hour, depending on experience About Our Client: Addison Group is working with a mission-driven organization in the Washington, DC area seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to support and enhance their human resources systems. This is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team and contribute to data-driven HR operations. Job Description: The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization’s Human Resources Information System. This role will support system upgrades, reporting, troubleshooting, and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and experienced in translating HR needs into system solutions. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy, functionality, and compliance Develop and generate custom reports and dashboards for HR metrics, headcount, turnover, and compliance reporting Serve as the primary point of contact for system updates, troubleshooting, and vendor communications Partner with HR and IT teams to implement system improvements, upgrades, and new functionality Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure effective use of the HRIS system Ensure HRIS data supports payroll, benefits, recruiting, and performance processes accurately Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in an HRIS-focused role Strong understanding of HR systems, data structures, and reporting tools Experience with platforms such as UKG, Workday, ADP, Ceridian, or similar systems Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis and audit techniques Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree preferred Additional Details: Contract position with potential for extension or permanent hire Hybrid schedule (partially onsite in Washington, DC) Background check required Perks: Opportunity to own and improve a key HR system Collaborative and mission-driven workplace Flexible hybrid work environment Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
