We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Administrative & Operations Support Specialist

to provide comprehensive

administrative, policy, operations, and analytic support

services to the

Sensitive Activities & Special Programs (SASP) Office

within the

Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S))

and its directorates.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in senior-level

administrative support, administrative management, or project management , with a deep understanding of intelligence and security operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide executive-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership within SASP and OUSD(I&S). Assist in policy development, operational planning, and coordination of sensitive programs. Manage workflows, correspondence, scheduling, and task tracking to ensure efficient office operations. Conduct analytical research and provide reports, briefings, and recommendations to support decision-making. Coordinate interagency communications, meetings, and special projects within the intelligence community. Maintain compliance with security protocols and classified document handling in accordance with TS/SCI requirements. Required Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years

of experience in senior-level

administrative support, administrative management, or project management. Active TS clearance

with

SCI eligibility. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-security environment. Experience working with senior government officials, intelligence agencies, or defense organizations preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with intelligence and special programs within the Department of Defense. Experience coordinating sensitive activities and classified operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government administrative systems.
