Office Administrator

Objectives of this Role:
Customer Interaction:
Greet customers warmly, ensuring a welcoming, customer-centric environment throughout their visit. Communication:
Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Administrative Support:
Assist with filing, scanning, and data entry. Financial Tasks:
Accounts Payable, Receivable, Billing, daily check deposits and reporting, aid in invoice processing and customer payment collection.
Qualifications: Detail-oriented with a professional attitude and a strong sense of reliability. Strong communication skills Understands business goals and objectives. Highly motivated and organized. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. Education and Experience:
2-3 years of office administrative experience. High School diploma or GED equivalent. Strong preference for A/P, A/R, Collections, and Billing experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to provide excellent customer service. What We Offer:
