Role Snapshot

As our Systems Engineer, you'll architect and automate hybrid environments, champion cloud adoption, and enhance operational resilience through platform engineering and security best practices. If scripting elegant solutions, building scalable systems, and making infrastructure actually work smarter fires you up, you're in the right place.
What You'll Do
Hybrid Infrastructure & Cloud Ops

  • Design, deploy, and support virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or Nutanix).
  • Manage Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows Server workloads.
  • Architect hybrid cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Build reliable backup and disaster recovery processes.
Automation & Engineering
  • Automate infrastructure using PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
  • Work with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Create self-service deployment workflows to empower teams.
Operational Excellence
  • Lead incident response and resolve complex infrastructure challenges.
  • Implement monitoring and observability using tools like Grafana, Zabbix, or Prometheus.
  • Document processes, diagrams, and architecture for continuity.
  • Ensure security compliance with patching and identity management protocols.
What You Bring
  • 20+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, or platform engineering.
  • Strong scripting skills with at least one language (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
  • Experience in hybrid cloud connectivity and deployment.
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with automation, observability, and compliance frameworks.
Bonus Points (Not Required)
  • AWS, Azure, or GCP certifications
  • DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) certifications
  • ITIL certification
