Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software related problems. Monitoring and troubleshooting the AVAYA-EPABX / CISCO CUCM system. Configuring Route pattern, partition, translation pattern and providing dialing facility based on the requirement. Involved in installation, configuration and troubleshooting the G350, G450, G650 Media gateways. Providing solution architecture on new product implementation and upgrades to customers. Providing training to client Engineers during the project handover and handling support related issues. Worked on backup documentation procedures for the Level 2 and level 1 support. Configuring & Troubleshooting problems related to VDN, Vector, Splits & Skills. According to customer requirement implemented various Call Flow Configuring and troubleshooting the soft phones & One-X-Communicator. Troubleshooting IP-Network-region and configuring ARS, AAR, UDP & Route pattern as per the requirement Troubleshooting trunk groups like H.323, SIP, PSTN, TIE, CO and VOIP, Q-Sig. Monitored and maintained Regular health checkup for alarms and trunk disconnection to avoid problems proactively. Providing support and RCAs for escalated issues. Coordinating with Internal teams for effective Incident management. Coordinating with Vendors for issue fixing and fulfilling customer needs. Adhere to SLA/ KPI
