Computer Systems Analyst II
in Coronado, CA. This role supports the NATEC Quality Assurance team at NAS North Island CA, with potential telework options based on contract and government approval. Support the Quality Control Program to ensure service delivery meets performance standards. Guide contractors and government entities on QA performance, specifications, and compliance throughout development, acquisition, and evaluation processes. Conduct reviews and validations of technical manuals and maintenance documents. Review commercial manuals for compliance. Assist NAVAIR leadership in establishing and updating QA procedures for standardization across Naval Aviation. Document and present findings with recommended corrective actions. Communicate with customers regarding performance issues. Resolve data processing issues, train users on procedures, and participate in projects to standardize data elements and codes. Qualifications and Experience
High School diploma or GED Minimum three years of experience in technical writing, quality assurance, and documentation support. Knowledge of technical publications, effective communication skills, QA functions, organizational skills, problem-solving, and attention to detail. U.S. Citizen with an active secret clearance. Preferred Experience: Experience with NAVAIR, S1000D, MIL standards, and technical publications. Experience with technical publication tools and software such as EAGLE CSDB, PTC Arbortext, MS Office, Perl, and others.
