M365 Systems Administrator
We are looking for an experienced M365 Systems Administrator to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. This Contract-to-Permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in Microsoft 365 and related cloud technologies to optimize and maintain critical systems. As a key contributor, you will play a pivotal role in managing cloud-based services, supporting end-users, and implementing best practices. Responsibilities: Configure, maintain, and administer Microsoft 365 solutions, including identity and access management, active directory, collaboration platforms, and desktop virtualization. Manage and oversee both on-premises and cloud-based hardware and software components to ensure optimal performance. Utilize Intune for deployment, patching, and system management, including tools like Patch My PC. Support and enhance the functionality of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Autopilot. Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to assist the Service Desk with complex troubleshooting tasks. Evaluate current systems and workflows, recommending improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency. Maintain and optimize Azure environments, ensuring seamless integration with M365 services. Ensure the successful rollout and clean-up of OneDrive and other collaboration tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement configuration management and maintain system security. Stay updated on emerging technologies and apply them to improve organizational systems. Requirements: Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and F1. Proficiency in Azure technologies such as Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect. Hands-on experience with Intune for patching and deployment processes. Strong understanding of cloud-based services and desktop virtualization. Ability to troubleshoot and provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support. Familiarity with Autopilot and other M365 deployment tools. Experience with system configuration management and identity/access management. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
