Shift: Swing shift- alternates one week, 7am-3pm and the next week 3pm-11pm OR Straight 3rd shift Job responsibilities: Follow and enforce all safety procedures; identify and mitigate risks in behavior, equipment, and processes. Lead by example in safety, housekeeping, and use of proper tools.
Perform and document
preventive/predictive
maintenance to reduce equipment failures. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems. Read and interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. Communicate effectively with operations to resolve equipment issues and prevent recurrence. Participate in FMEA, RCCA, and troubleshooting processes; document actions for future reference. Perform precision welding, machining, and fabrication as required. Maintain and improve reliability through installation, inspection, and optimization of systems. Install, troubleshoot, and repair AC/DC motors, drives, and PLC systems. Support equipment upgrades and ensure proper lubrication and access during installs. Qualifications: Participates in proactive maintenance activities such as FMEAs, RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action), Analytical Troubleshooting (ATS). Technically skilled to Maintain mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical and robotic equipment. This includes a strong understanding of lubrication principles and ensuring the proper lubrication is applied to equipment. Technically skilled to Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical and robotic equipment. Technically skilled to Repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical and robotic equipment. Technically skilled to Precision Install mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping, electrical and robotic equipment utilizing OEM specifications. Nice-to-have Qualifications: You have experience in an industrial environment or military experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment Experience with PLC troubleshooting, industrial and motor controls Comfortable with mechanical lifts, ladders, kneeling, bending and twisting; lifting up to 50 lbs Working independently and managing multiple tasks in an off-shift position with rotating shifts that will require overtime including weekends Benefits: Vision, life, dental and medical insurance
PTO Competitive compensation: $29.52-$32.93 $2500 Sign-on Bonus paid in 90-day increments
