Reporting organizationally to the Ticketing & Hospitality Director, the Data Analyst will be a key member of the FIFA26 Ticketing team, and work in close collaboration with the Ticketing Project Management Team and other key individuals responsible for delivering system integration, report generation, data quality assurance, technical support, and stakeholder collaboration.
THE POSITION
The main responsibilities and oversights of the Data Analyst for the FIFA World Cup 26 include: • Support the integration of the ticketing software with internal systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization • Monitor and verify data quality across the ticketing and internal systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies • Contribute towards data quality standards and best practices to maintain data integrity • Provide ongoing support for the integrated systems, addressing any technical issues that arise • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver accurate and relevant data insights • Assist in setting up, creating, and distributing reports for both internal and external stakeholders • Support the accuracy and timeliness of reports, customizing them according to the needs of different departments • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data needs are met and expectations are managed Latest Videos

Education & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field is required • Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems • Familiarity with data integration tools and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes • Experience with reporting tools - Power BI • Knowledge of data quality and data governance best practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience working with large volumes of data and handling the associated pressure and stress • Extensive experience in generating and managing reports for various stakeholders • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, particularly with cross-functional teams • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy • Training in project management methodologies, including Agile Work Experience • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data management, data integration, or a related role. • Experience working with ticketing systems or similar platforms is a plus. • Proven track record of managing and maintaining data accuracy and integrity across multiple systems. Languages • Fluent in English.
