We are a luxury hotel group looking for our next Human Resources manager! This is an opportunity for Hotel operational leaders with a strong interest in Human Resources to make a career move into HR! We are looking for candidates to have a strong background in Hotel Operations (front desk managers), who are good communicators, and have basic human resources knowledge.
Hotel Human Resources Manager Qualifications
2+ years in a Hotel leadership role, preferably for an independent luxury property Strong knowledge of basic human resources functions (coaching, recruitment, interviewing, etc) Strong interest in developing a career in human resources Ability to commute up to 1 hour both North and South of Boston Excellent communication skills
Hotel Human Resources Manager Responsibilities
Coach and counsel team members Recruit, interview, and hire new team members Conduct onboarding for new team members Distribute benefits information and coach team members on benefits enrollment Other duties as assigned
