What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Serve as the functional and process expert for customer engagement teams, guiding clients in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements for ServiceNow's Generative AI products - Conduct workshops to define, re-engineer, and analyze customer processes, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices - Lead design workshops to capture customer personas, interactions, and data requirements for various use cases - Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies while supporting customers through the review and approval process - Facilitate customer unit and user-acceptance testing, ensuring successful deployment of solutions

What is Required (Qualifications): - Active Security Clearance required - Minimum of five years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations - Proven ability to influence and consult across various industries while providing thought leadership on business process and technical issues - Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models, with a focus on Generative AI - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Miro, Word, and PowerPoint
