What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Consult with customers to transition business requirements into configuration requirements for ServiceNow Generative AI products - Drive process definition, re-engineering, and improvement during workshops with key customer stakeholders - Lead design workshops to capture personas, interactions, interfaces, and data requirements - Guide customers in completing necessary documentation and drafting user stories with acceptance criteria - Support internal and customer acceptance testing throughout the engagement process
What is Required (Qualifications): - Active Security Clearance required - At least five years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations - Proven ability to influence and consult across various industries and business use cases - Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative AI - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and facilitation abilities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Experience deploying Generative AI solutions - Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements using Agile Development - Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service/Support using technologies - Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude - Proven team player and team builder
