Experience in a cross functional SAP role. Design and configure REFX functionalities including contract management, sales based revenue , lease accounting, and integration sales collector models. Deep understanding of sales based lease contracts, revenue recognition, and integration with 3party sales collector and SAP FI modules. Strong expertise in contract management, lease-in lease-out processes, and real estate portfolio management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, and operations. Experience with IFRS 16 and ASC 842 compliance, including configuration and reporting. Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work in a global, cross-functional team.
