About the Role:
As a CBRE Mail Services Associate, you will be responsible for all aspects of mailroom operations for a building or campus. This role supports office operations by providing office support to clients, business functions, or individual contributors. What You’ll Do:
Audit delivered items with delivery invoices. Approve or reject deliveries based on inspections and check for contraband. Ensure timely receipt and delivery of packages, advising recipients of next-day arrivals if necessary. Transport mail, packages, copy products, and stationery as per schedule. Protect shipped packages against damage. Process shipment requests with vendors and inform package owners of arrangements. Apply postage and required identification to outgoing mail and packages. Stock copy rooms and manage copier fleet production communication. Replenish mail and postage supplies daily as needed. Respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors, and effectively communicate information. Analyze data to identify and solve complex problems, possibly recommending new techniques. Impact team and related teams’ work activities. Suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency. What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of relevant experience. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Understanding of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within the job function. Ability to evaluate and communicate complex information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
