Project/Program Manager V
Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects or programs, this role involves overseeing all aspects of project execution including design development and construction administration. Utilizing project management platforms such as Smartsheets and Procore is beneficial. The position requires setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring the progress of projects, preparing reports for upper management on project status. A bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area are preferred. Extensive experience and judgment are relied upon to plan and accomplish goals with a wide degree of creativity and latitude. Coordinate and complete projects or programs. Oversee all aspects of projects including execution, design development, and construction administration. Set deadlines and assign responsibilities to team members. Monitor and summarize project progress. Prepare reports for upper management regarding project status. Lead and direct the work of others. Utilize project management platforms such as Smartsheets and Procore. 7+ years of experience in project management, construction, and design. Proficiency in Smartsheets and Microsoft Project. Strong team management skills, including stakeholder and cross-functional management. Familiarity with various concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. Engineering degree in mechanical, civil, electrical, or architectural fields is a plus. Experience with Revit and AutoCAD. AI application skills, particularly in AI management tools, are highly advantageous. Join a data center design engineering team focused on the construction of sites, buildings, and interiors. The role involves managing both internal and external designers and assisting project managers with construction. It is a collaborative role, operating Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with potential for extension or conversion, and possible travel. This is a Contract position based out of Herndon, Virginia. The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
