Coordinate and complete project/program initiatives, overseeing all aspects from design development through construction administration. Manage designers internal and external and oversee project managers who assist with construction. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor progress, and summarize status for upper management. Prepare status reports for upper management and ensure alignment with project goals. Lead and direct the work of others; expect a high degree of creativity and latitude in approach. Key Tasks

May require a Bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in the field or a related area; an Engineering Mechanical, Civil, Electrical or Architectural degree is a plus. Familiar with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the field. Software proficiency: Smartsheets, Procore, Microsoft Project; plus Revit and AutoCAD. AI application skills are a plus (AI management tools). Design and construction life cycle experience with 7+ years preferred. Project management and team management experience (stakeholders and cross-functional teams). Additional Context

The pay range represents the range posted and may be adjusted based on factors such as education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, location, performance, and business needs.
