Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and versatile

Business Analyst

to join our growing team. The Business Analyst plays a critical role in bridging the gap between ITS and business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders. They are responsible for defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements initially followed by developing solutions to business problems and to achieving business goals. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, product managers, designers, solution architects, Quality Assurance, and developers with an emphasis on strengthening the client centric service delivery for the related business areas, within the context of best practices in enterprise architecture, modern sourcing techniques, modular design of solutions, and appropriate integration of IT services and platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities: Understands the various agile methodologies and selects the appropriate methodology/combination of methodologies for the situation Defines the plan and approach for collecting and documenting business requirements, including their acceptance and evaluation criteria Define configuration specifications and business requirements Help design, document and maintain system processes in alignment with business goals, processes, and desired outcomes Coaches the product team to help them understand business challenges, current state processes and future state needs Help the Product Owner decompose epics into stories and features that meet business and customer needs. knowledgeable of testing product in its early stages such as MVP and its functionality to ensure that sprint objectives are continuously met Quantifies information and sorts it for analysis. Analyzes data which may include investigating and highlighting trends, presenting, reporting on results, and providing conclusions and recommendations. Identifies, analyzes, plans, and implements actions designed to engage with stakeholders. Ability to understand a customer's business needs and translate needs into IT specific requirements. Applies knowledge of the customer's functions and processes to develop business case and business requirement documents. Assesses the benefits of recommended solutions. Practice business process modeling for representing the processes of an organization in a visual format to helps understand, analyze, and improve their processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness. Monitors potential risks to the organization on a continuous basis. Alerts the organization of emerging risks that could impact the organization's ability to conduct business Works together to achieve a common goal by sharing ideas and thinking. Ability to identify, analyze, and find effective solutions for issues or challenges. Responsible for providing functional and analytical support to technical team and clients of Operations Portal. Meets with business to understand business process, needs, pain points and determines the new features and capabilities required to build or enhance the product. Reviews and prioritizes feedback received for continual improvement of the application. Ensure documentation of processes, workflows, business requirements, and functional specifications are complete and validated by all relevant business users Provide help to translate and validate business requirements to prototypes, identify key benefits, value propositions, operating plan, and other supporting documentation for existing and new product offerings to support the development process Ensures that requirements are adequately converted to 'user stories'; manages the releases in an agile manner, including the MVP (minimum viable product) and manages the backlog. Adapt to competing demands, take on new responsibilities, and adjust plans to meet changing priorities. Maintain positive, constructive approach to problem-solving internally and during client interactions with focus on timely and accurate issue resolution. Selection Criteria:

Master's degree in computer science or business administration with 10 plus years relevant experience or bachelor's degree in computer science with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience An agile practitioner with experience in ADO; VersionOne; Certified BA, Implementing SAFe (6.0) and/or Scrum Master is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving ability, excellent interpersonal and communications skills, creativity and business insight, and project management skills. Strong client engagement and demonstrated track record in proactively responding to business user queries/concerns, seeking out opportunities to address user needs or prevent issues from occurring across multiple business units. Proven ability to work on multiple projects and have good time management skills Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office suit and collaboration tools Ability to excel in a fast-paced and demanding work context. Experience with process tools supporting the SDLC life cycle. Ability to produce high quality work outputs, effectively prioritize and adapt to competing and unexpected demands; ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines

Able to take personal ownership and accountability to meet deadlines and achieve agreed-upon results and has the personal organization to do so.
