Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
