Data Center Technician
Our client is seeking to hire Intermediate and Expert Level Data Center professionals with experience supporting enterprise. Our client is wanting to hire individuals with a passion for technology and cutting edge server components! Candidates with hands on experience troubleshooting enterprise level servers are encouraged to apply! Our client will be hiring employees for day and night shifts. Responsibilities: The Data Center Technician is expected to address customer inquiries via support tickets from inception through resolution with minimal or no supervision Support data center operations and IT systems, network services, business critical processes and procedures to support the delivery of customer products and services Provide technical and operational support, including as it relates to colocation, connectivity, and network products and services Install and deploy IT and network hardware Make and run patch cables as well as verify testing cable paths Support maintenance of infrastructure, network equipment, and network services, including but not limited to break-fix work Experience Level: Intermediate and Expert Level (Minimum of 2 years of relevant Data Center experience.) Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
