Job Description: We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial
Business Development Manager
to spearhead our
TikTok advertising business in the North American market . In this role, you will focus on expanding client networks, identifying new opportunities, and building strong partnerships to drive sustainable revenue growth. Backed by our global resources and innovative advertising solutions, you will play a key role in positioning our company as a trusted partner for TikTok marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Market Development : Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in North America for TikTok advertising solutions. Partnership Expansion : Build and strengthen relationships with advertisers, agencies, and industry stakeholders to grow the company’s market presence. Solution Proposal : Understand client business objectives, provide tailored TikTok advertising strategies, and deliver measurable results. Industry Insights : Track market trends, competitor activities, and TikTok platform updates to seize emerging opportunities. Cross-team Collaboration : Work closely with internal campaign, creative, and data teams to ensure effective execution and client satisfaction. Requirements: 3–5 years of
business development / sales experience
in digital advertising or media. Strong knowledge of
short-form video advertising platforms
(TikTok preferred; YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels are a plus). Proven ability to
develop new markets and clients
with successful deal-closing experience. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency at native or bilingual level preferred. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Experience in
international client management or cross-border advertising projects
