Implement and document Resolution Critical Services requirements , including updates to business continuity planning and data quality checks.
Develop and execute controls and quality assurance processes
for key services and personnel data.
Consolidate and manage data from multiple sources
to identify and maintain Resolution Critical Services.
Maintain and enhance the MS Access database
to support reliable and repeatable resolution planning processes. Technical Skills : Proficient in MS Access, Excel (advanced functions, Power Query, VBA), Power BI or dashboarding tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Regulatory & Policy Knowledge : Familiar with U.S. financial regulatory requirements for Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery; ability to draft policies and procedures.
Project Management : Experienced in managing projects end-to-end-setting timelines, tracking milestones, reporting progress, and coordinating with stakeholders.
Soft Skills & Qualifications : Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; able to work independently and collaboratively; Bachelor's degree or higher. What's on Offer
