The individual in this position works closely with other members of the team to provide technology support for stakeholders via ticketing system and zoom room style help desk. Stakeholder Collaboration
: Work with faculty, staff, and administrators to define project requirements and priorities. Resource Management
: Allocate resources effectively and manage budgets for multiple projects. Technical Oversight
: Collaborate with technical teams to ensure projects align with institutional IT architecture and security standards. Change Management
: Address project scope changes while minimizing disruptions to academic and administrative workflows. Performance Monitoring
: Use metrics and tools to track project progress and deliver regular updates to leadership. Risk Mitigation
: Identify risks early and develop strategies to manage them. Compliance
: Ensure all projects adhere to regulatory, accreditation, and IT governance policies specific to higher education. Continuous Improvement
: Evaluate completed projects and implement lessons learned to refine future processes.
