LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a Portland, OR company on a full-time, direct hire Supplier Quality Engineer job. You have several years of experience focused on material and component quality and partnering with suppliers on quality issues. You are known for your ability to partner and are well respected by others internal and external to your organization. Please apply today! Responsibilities: Build upon existing quality processes and procedures to develop a robust supplier quality program Partner with internal stakeholders on supplier quality issues and concerns Assess supplier performance; perform supplier audits and corrective action Create efficiencies in supplier quality assessments while increasing performance through scorecards and other tools Collaborate with a team of supplier quality engineers Compile and report on continuous improvement suggestions; partner internally to assess viability and implementation. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or similar required 3+ years of supplier quality experience Skills: High level communication and partnership skills Excellent analytical and ERP skills About the role: Full Time, Direct Hire Mon – Fri; 8a – 5p Hybrid Working – 2/3 days on site; 2/3 days working remotely per week Comp / Benefits – 85-95K DOE; employer/employee supported medical, dental and vision plans, paid time off, and 401k with company match If you are qualified and interested in this Supplier Quality Engineer position in Portland, Oregon, please click to apply!
