These platforms have demonstrated our ability to adapt sophisticated wealth management services to local market needs and regulatory frameworks. The Opportunity As we expand our presence in the United States market, we are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead the development of our new US mobile application. This role represents a unique opportunity to build a fintech product from the ground up, leveraging our global expertise while creating a platform specifically tailored for the US market's regulatory environment and client expectations. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating our proven wealth management model into a cutting-edge mobile experience that serves our discerning clientele in the American market. This includes integrating various investment products such as private equity funds, public securities, alternative investments, and other sophisticated financial instruments - all while ensuring full compliance with US financial regulations. Key Responsibilities Strategic Product Leadership Conduct comprehensive research on US market dynamics, analyzing user behaviors, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in wealth management technology Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps that align with both company objectives and market opportunities Monitor financial market trends and regulatory changes to continuously adapt product positioning and maintain competitive advantage Define product vision and communicate strategic direction to stakeholders across the organization User-Centric Product Design Lead the end-to-end design of innovative fintech products with a primary focus on exceptional user experience and business value creation Transform complex wealth management processes into intuitive, user-friendly mobile interfaces Collaborate with UX/UI teams to create seamless interactions that enhance user engagement and retention Continuously optimize product interfaces based on user feedback and behavioral analytics Cross-Functional Project Management Partner closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle, from initial concept through deployment and maintenance Coordinate integration and testing phases to ensure products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements Manage cross-departmental resources and resolve technical challenges to maintain project timelines Facilitate communication between technical teams, compliance, marketing, and business development departments Data-Driven Product Optimization Establish comprehensive product analytics and monitoring frameworks to track key performance indicators Utilize data analysis to identify user patterns, preferences, and pain points Generate actionable insights that inform product iterations and feature prioritization Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making Ideal Candidate Profile Educational Background & Experience Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or related field Minimum 5 years of product management experience with at least 3 years specifically focused on US market mobile application development Prior experience in fintech, wealth management, or financial services industry strongly preferred Track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing financial products Market & Industry Expertise Deep understanding of the US financial services landscape, including regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and market dynamics Familiarity with SEC regulations, FINRA requirements, and other relevant financial industry standards Ability to anticipate and respond to regulatory changes that may impact product development and features Knowledge of wealth management products including private equity, hedge funds, mutual funds, and alternative investments Technical & Product Skills Proven expertise in fintech product design with particular strength in payment systems, investment platforms, and financial data management Experience with complex business process simplification and user journey optimization Familiarity with mobile app development cycles, agile methodologies, and product management tools Understanding of financial APIs, data security protocols, and compliance technology requirements Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong project management capabilities with a track record of delivering results on time and within budget Language Requirements Native or near-native English proficiency (speaking, reading, writing, and listening) Mandarin Chinese proficiency required
